- I wear many hats...wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher...the list goes on. But no matter what, I always try to be The Real Me! I am the wife of Eric and the mom of Tyler(14) and Abby(10). I Have taught in the Newton school district for 15 years. I currently teach 2nd grade at Slate Creek Elementary. I love frozen pizza, hot dogs (my husband says I'm a cheap date), Doris Day, Mike and Ikes, Pepsi, boating with my family, playing puzzle games on the computer and shopping!
